Blackened Sea Bass review by Valued Customer
I ordered the blackened sea bass at Fins, and honestly, I think it's now my emotional support entrée. Perfectly seasoned, topped with that dangerously addictive chipotle honey butter—I'm convinced they sprinkle a little sorcery in there! The sautéed spinach, red onion, tomatoes, and fresh garlic weren't just sides—they were the fish's personal entourage. Honestly, the whole plate had more chemistry than some couples I know. If you go, get the sea bass. It's the kind of meal that makes you sit there wondering why every other dinner in your life hasn't tried this hard.

First and foremost, the location and setting is probably one of the prettiest I've seen in the longest time. We sat outside and could listen to the sounds of the ocean, which made for a beautiful dinner environment. Towards the end of dinner, a musician started playing and provided a nice touch to the ambiance. I ordered the Fish/Shrimp and Chips, one of my all-time favorite meals, and Fin's version did not disappoint. It came with three good size pieces of fish, three pieces of shrimp and a healthy portion of chips. The fish and shrimp was amazing and had an excellent batter, resulting in the perfect crunch when eating. The chips were cooked perfectly, although against my wife's wishes, I added more salt. My wife ordered the Poke Nachos. It was all she talked about after dinner. There wasn't very much conversation during dinner, because we were too busy eating. Our server was excellent, frequently checking in with us and making sure our drinks were full. Not our first time to the dunes, but it was our first time to Fins. It won't be our last.

Any time me and my family ever visits the coast we always have to stop by fins! I've been going there sense I was a child and it never fails to impress, the view is also insane the ocean view almost being right in front of you, the staff are always do sweet and they check up on you to make sure your meal is great every now and then. I 100% recommend going here
